Dieta y valoración nutricional en la población infantil española

Abstract

The aim of this paper was to establish the growth patterns of the school population in the of Madrid province (Spain). We have obtained the growth standards for several measures, body composition and indices of robusticity, usually applied to the assessment of nutritional status. Also, we have researched diet and food behaviour in this sample.
