THE LATIN-AMERICAN WOMEN'S STRUGGLE FOR DEMOCRACY AND HUMAN RIGHTS
Main Article Content
Abstract
"Following the independence of their respective countries, Latin-American women began to struggle for their labor rights, their right to education and political participation", writes Patricia Galeana. With abundant and interesting data, the Mexican historian depicts in this essay the arduous road over which, in this sense, Latin-American women have traveled, and the outstanding participation of many of their representatives as much in the struggle for freedom as in the process of integration of Our America.
