La modernidad y su impacto en la diáspora judía global. De los imperios al nuevo Medio Oriente y la configuración del aggiornamento nacional

Resumen
En la construcción de lo que fue definido como un nuevo Medio Oriente en los albores del siglo xx, convergen y se anudan diferentes momentos de procesos históricos generales con los desarrollos de las constelaciones históricas y geográficas de la diáspora judía, en tanto global. La trayectoria de dispersión del pueblo judío y los nuevos y variados horizontes configurados en la modernidad requieren una mirada analítica que rebasa el nacionalismo metodológico (Beck, 2007) para dar cuenta de desarrollos que han atravesado las fronteras imperiales y las de los Estados nacionales.
