El somatograma de Sheldon y la elaboración estadística de datos somatotipológicos

Abstract

In the present paper, Sheldon's Somatogram is matematically analyzed in view to the statistical analysis proposed by Carter et al. (1983). The validation of the somatotype dispersion distance (SDD) and the somatotype attitudinal distance (SAD) is cuestionated as the basis of the statisücal analysis of the somatotype data. A new calculation of the distances in the three dimensional system is Proposed in due to know also, the courses of the somatotype distances.
