Abstract

"Never so much as today does the world require the elements of sanity given by education, science and culture to guarantee peace", affirms the Mexican Engineer Marco Polo Bernal Yarahuan in this essay, which searches to build a solid scientific-theoretical foundation in the educated person, and at the same time, a practical and applied mentality. Such a school, linked to life and to its community, facilitates the formation of conscientious men and women dedicated to constructing their own fate.
