The latin union in the face of the challenges of today´s world.

Abstract

The situation of the Arab world, resulting from the vicissitudes through which the international community is going, evidence the realities known for a long time, but none of them dares to face these openly. The Spanish diplomat José Luis Dicenta, The General Secretary of the Latin Union, criticizes in this article the political and economic powers who subvert ideas, values and principles preventing the rest of the world from working together toward a better distribution of wealth.
