How does Medicine Based on Evidence help in clinical practice?

Abstract
Medicine Based on Evidence (mbe) is a term that emerged at the beginning of 1990; from this date it has had a great impact in the medical field, so it is common to hear that it refers to the mbe to endorse the procedures or treatments carried out on patients. Nevertheless, there is confusion over its true value and how it is used. In this document, there are answers to the various questions that generated the use and interpretation of the mbe.
