Abstract
After the death of the dictator Francisco Franco in 1975, Spain underwent a transition to democracy. This political moment was marked by the international context of the disciplinary crisis of the critique of modernity. In Spain, this new cultural context was captured in two exhibitions of architectural drawings, which provoked a domestic debate on the discipline, the educational crisis and professionalism.
