The intentional cephalic deformation was a practice that was much diffused in Mesoamerica, in almost all its periods. Some investigators have been interested in these topics in several views. The effects of this cranial practice are very evident, in physical anthropology they have analyzed their effects in facial, base and jaw skull regions. In this work we analyzed the possible effects of the cephalic deformation in the generalized skull morphology utilizing geometric morphometric, with the objective to reevaluate the direct consequences in the different anatomical structures of the skull. We analyzed a few skulls with tabulare and circular deformation; considering the erect and oblique variants and they were compared quantitative and graphically with cases without deformation. The results permit us to compare and to enrich our results previously obtained, besides knowing the importance of geometry morphometrics in the study of the intentional cephalic deformation.
