Abstract

We present here the imagenologic study of 21 skeletons found ina simultaneous collective burial pit from late Postclasic phase exhumed in Cuernavaca, Morelos, wich in prehispanic times was known as Cuauhnáhuac. The most important issue is the highest incidence of different degrees of esclerosis in the medular bone tissue, abnormal finding associated in living populations with metabolic disorders of calcium and bone infarcts during congenital hemolytic anemia and other pathological processes. We also present the results of a computarized axial tomograply used to comparative analysis of skeletal densities between healthy bones and pathologic ones, as well obtained as those obtained by Ultrasound, MRI and Electronic Microscopy.
