Abstract

Using a demografhic approach, we decided to study, the composition by sex and age of offerings located in the Central Altar of the North Seat of Morgadal Grande during local Epi-classical period (ca. 900-1100aD), in order to know the profile of the selected individuals for the funeral patterns, being sacrificed or to form part of an offering. In ceremonies made in the altars, the characteristic rituals were those conducted to the Gods, mainly Tlaloc which must have had an exclusive festivity.
