We expose in this paper the analysis and interpretation of an osteological sample shielded on the Museo del Templo Mayor. The sample proceeds from the Aztec Templo Mayor archeological secondary contexts. The analysis is focused on some manufacture processes and cultural modifications practiced on human bone as part of Aztec rituals. By provenience and characteristics of the sample, we infer industrial bone contexts near the Templo Mayor. This perspective offers the possibility of a socio-economical approach to the Aztec society. We complement this data with the osteobiography of the individuals.
