Resumen

The following aims and motivation in studying the psychological, physical and social impact of women warriors of Celtic and Sarmatian cultures in the imagination of the inhabitants of the Roman Empire. During its first two centuries of life, the Roman Empire and its troops, came to collide with these people in different geographical areas, striking with surprise that the armies of each were composed y both men and women. According to the information they give us different texts were many reactions from contempt and demerit even fear, the only constant was always the amaze, because this kind of army had the feeling they really fought against a whole people and in many such cases was. Also, it was a great contradiction to roman standards, since within its laws and traditions women always occupied a secondary place
