Resumen

The importance of the practice of political caricature in Mexico, since the nineteenth century, can lead to its use as a source in the study of different historical stages. Through this we can understand the positions of the characters, who have participated in them. Therefore, caricature can serve to explain different events and characters that have remained in oblivion or margin of the history

Doctor en Historia del Arte por la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras de la UNAM. Autor de diferentes artículos en medios nacionales e internacionales; último libro publicado Elvira Gascón, la línea de una artista en el exilio, con sello de El Colegio de México. Profesor de la Licenciatura de Diseño y Comunicación Visual a Distancia de la Facultad de Estudios Superiores Cuautitlán de la UNAM. Miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores
