The article that appears exposes the limitations of the habermas’s theory of the communicative action in relation to the postulates of the absolute spirit of Hegel. The reference frame is identified with aufheben and the double reciprocity of the concept. The redetermination appears like the simultaneous recognition of the agents of the speech. Thus, the communicative current of Habermas and Apel are watched at the light of the reciprocal self-recognize of the conscience and the language.
