El discurso y el poder (Ensayo sobre la sociología de la retórica jurídica)

Abstract

In this paper will try to answer the question of extending the space or argumentation field of legal discourse. The answer to this question is based on a comparison not systematic (even minimally controlled) between the legal practice of state law of the capitalist countries and legal practice in a neighborhood of great misery of Rio Janeiro (to which I will call Pasargadae), analyzed by me using the instruments produced theorists down by the design and topic-based rhetoric in a field work carried out at the beginning of the 70's by the method of socio-anthropological participant observation.
