Abstract

The present article takes like wire the Nietzsche’s critic from metaphysics and its thematic one from the nihilism. It tries to emphasize that in modernity the metaphysical ideals do not let be persecuted, nevertheless his crisis and that practice of manutention is from a nihilistic perspective. From this one is to analyze the jusnaturalismo and the legal positivism like immersed inside the mechanisms of this nihilistic modern problem.
