Hacia una democracia integral en México: pensar la ingeniería de los partidos políticos de acuerdo a la estructura social

Abstract

The Mexican transition of the hegemonic party to the system of parties -in agreement with G. Sartori´s taxonomy- offered great expectations; what should have been a safe way towards democracy became in a terrible disappointment regarding participation in the Mexican politic system and, especially, within the "institutional left". The text aims to provide subjects to discuss about questions like: the construction of an "integral democracy", the understanding of the relations that occur between the political parties-government and the organization of the society.
