This article aims to briefly look at the life and work of one of the most serious and meticulous left-wing minds that Mexico has had in recent years: Carlos Pereyra Boldrini. This brief text can give an incentive to approach to Pereyra´s ideas or, failing that, return to him and review some of its reasoning and postulates that might contribute on something to understand such a motley and complex national reality
