Is it really “desirable” the universal coverage?

Abstract

The work organizes a sort of catalog of the risks in some of the current alternative proposals for the reorientation of public concern in the management of health policy and social security. The author reviews the terms with which they now call for establish urgently, “universal” systems, but without stopping to describe its contents. Finally it is postulated that such proceeding, may end by playing the “universalism” of basic package that the PAN strategies encouraged in the last decade.
