Un debate sobre el concepto “intelectual” en Francia y México

Abstract

According to the author, this paper discusses some categories used by several Europeanauthors to think the role of intellectuals in the cultural life in France, which could be extendedto the mexican intellectual circumstances, but the explanations in this are diferent,despite to the enormous influence of the French country in our reality and the similaritieswith the passage of time, especially after World War II, appeared to have determined thepositions on both French and Mexicans intellectuals.
