Las causas de la crisis de deuda en Europa y el papel de la integración regional

Abstract
Durante 2010 la deuda gubernamental de Grecia, España, Portugal, Irlanda e Italia ha sufrido ataques especulativos, los cuales han causado intensas dificultades financieras, un pronunciado decremento en la tasa de crecimiento, mayor desempleo, inestabilidad económica y social, cambios en políticas económicas y sociales que no son deseados por la mayoría de la población y dramáticos conflictos sociales. En julio y agosto la tasa de interés a diez años de los bonos del gobierno de Grecia, el país más afectado, se movió alrededor de 10.3%, un nivel considerado insostenible ¿porqué sucedió esto? ¿Pudo haberse evitado? ¿Las autoridades están operando efectivamente para resolver el problema y evitar futuras dificultades?
