Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate patterns of interacten between each of 10 infanta, aged O te 1 month pestpartum, their methera, aré their nuraea ir an intensivo pediatric caro unit of the Mexican Natienal Instituto of Pediatrics. Mether-child aré nurso-child interactiens were recorded en video tape fer a total of 270 minutes for each of the twe dyads. Behaviers were recerded ir 5-a intervals. The results suggeat the exístence of a deficiency of stimulatien of the infanta by beth methera and nurses.
