Abstract

The central idea of this essay deals with certain aspects closely related with the legitimacy that any ruler requires to conduct successfully his own governmental project. In this same regard the idea of credibility, as it is exerted by society, appears to be of capital importance as a basic element of the theory and practice of politics because of the intrinsic relationship this concept has with the principles of contemporary mercadology.
