Abstract

The author examines Pooper’s solutions to two of the most important problems in Philosophy of Science: that of induction or Hume’s problem and that of demarcation between science and metaphysics or Kant’s problem. In other words, the deductive method of testing and falsability. This paper analyses also the role of verisimilitude, corroboration, objective knowledge and the interactionism argument for the body-mind problem in Popper’s philosophy.
