Abstract

The elaboration and research of new indicators and statistical series should be a task in the study of international relations. This is the author's reason to considerate necessary the establishment of the theoretical clear and universal concepts that evaluate indicators to know better the international reality. He insists on the necessity to use quantitative models that characterize the theoretical effort corresponding to one of the levels of the discipline, which is methodological worthy. The models have been developed herein to measure the human development that still need operative definitions to make quantitative examination of political development of the international society. Hence, the author proposes an Insecurity Political National Index, that is based on the universalization and collectivization of the security concept from which he proposes to quantify, with multidiscipline studies, his evaluation on national and international levels. He offers a methodological plan to measure the political insecurity of the States.
