La tríada de modelación: una propuesta teórico-metodológica para el estudio de las Relaciones Internacionales

Abstract

This article proposes a modelation methodology of the international system, also applicable to the analysis of other complex social systems. This methodology is based on the linkage between hypothesis, model and theory, which are considered as necessary phases of the modelation of every social system. This paper is arranged into four main sections, based on the explanation of the exposed methodology: a)introduction to the modelation theory; b) descrpition of the three phases of the proposed triad: c)the example of thematic modelation as an applicable methodology for the study of International Relations; and d) conclusions.
