Poliglobalización, Industria 4.0 y la Gran Transformación: algunas ideas sobre la economía de mercado en perspectiva histórica

Resumen
Este artículo contrasta el concepto de Karl Polanyi de economía de mercado con la poliglobalización e industria 4.0 en curso, mostrando los límites históricos de la teoría económica. Asimismo, propone la metástasis económica como un marco analítico para explicar la interrelación entre economía digital e industrial. De igual forma, destaca el riesgo dependentista que representa esta nueva era para los países en desarrollo y concluye sobre la necesidad de repensar, desde enfoques transversales, la naturaleza cambiante de la economía de mercado.
