Journal History

The concern to start a project is always present in the mentality and idiosyncrasy of those people attentive to the events, worried about their repercussions and willing to collaborate with their proposals to construct ways of solution.

With the previous idea, the first issue of "Encrucijada", Electronic Journal of the Center for Public Administration Studies, was presented in April 2009.

This is a quarterly publication that aims to place in the center of the debate the topics that most interest the discipline.

The publication of the journal is the result of a long-standing concern to have a permanent publication from the Center for Studies, which will allow closer links between theoretical analysis and empirical referents through serious and rigorous research.

Thus, “Encrucijada” presents studies that reflect part of the published public reality, as well as the conceptual approach that serves to understand their processes, both internal and external.
