Paradigmas de la diversidad sexual
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article explains how the concept of sexuality includes both sexual impulse, directed to immediate enjoyment and reproduction, as well as the different aspects involved in the psychological relation with one’s body, and they are not entirely governed by sexual human behaviors, but they are a cultural product which includes a whole series of sexual activities, married relations as well as sexual abuse. Sexual diversity introduces the demand of reviewing previously constructed sexual categories, and also of recognizing its insufficiency; since they are not immutable, nor definitive, but they are in constant movement.
