Abstract
After the establishment of the University in 1910, it was implied the prerogative that women had to participate, receiving vocational training. The incorporation process was not easy, but a minority accepted the challenge to open the door to a process of women’s education; in this difficult way there were several experiences of solidarity, support and care by the University. With in the creation of a Women’s Department would provide care to young female students and provided a building “Student House” hosted by the Association of University Women
