Abstract

Considérations sur le gouvernement de Pologne is the name of an undervalued work by Jean-Jacques Rousseau. Its being undervalued may be due to other famous works by this philosopher born in Geneva, Switzerland, such as Du contrat social. The importance of looking back on an under esteemed work is found in a series of recommendations that Rousseau gave to Poland, recommendations that by being carried out would allow the nation to overcome their conditions of anarchy and obtain conditions for stability and happiness for its citizens. Knowing whether the project was viable is the purpose that this work is trying to fulfill.
