Retrospective journey to Philosophy for life
Main Article Content
Abstract
Philosophy also considers living a discipline that interrogates essential aspects such as knowledge, knowing, or being. However, it seems that it has traveled in two ways. A path guided by the most profound and most systematic answers that we find in
the compendiums and philosophical programs represented by the great thinkers of all known. The other is
an accessible path that leads to the questions of life, where its thinkers have not always been documented or were forgotten. In the mid-twentieth century, French thinkers such as Hadot, Foucault, and Onfray brought ancient philosophy as an art of living. So, the
practical philosophy of the late twentieth century has been dedicated to traveling and paving a little that path. Today is an obligatory step to see philosophy as an interrogation for living.
