Toward the Comprehension of a Democratic Political Culture

Abstract
Fostering within a society the development of a democratic political culture remains a starting point for the construction, solidification, and exercise of democracy, since from the knowledge of what values are, the beliefs, behaviors, and convictions of citizens belonging to a community, we can better understand the relations between individuals, the relations between various social groups, the exercise of power, the internal organization of society, the development and function of institutions, the conception about obedience, the civil resistance, that is, the political life in general of any society.
