Abstract
This paper talks about the modern construction of citizenship through its philosophical foundations, derived from the need to establish equality between individuals and societies, whose culmination comes with Kant’s thought. Then, it relates to the superior construction of the so-called Human Rights from the historical development of societies and political ideas, which are the basic human relations principles in contemporary societies.
