Abstract

“Haiga sido como haiga sido…”, with this tone, irreverent and mocking, then President-elect Felipe Calderon, candidate of the National Action Party (PAN), tried to disqualify, a note of black humor, the heated debate that followed the elections of July 2, 2006. from the moment the authorities of the Federal electoral Institute (IFE) decided not to make public the counts obtained from the Preliminary Electoral Results Program (PREP), the avalanche of objections and suspicions began questioned the validity of the whole electoral process.
