Abstract

Economic globalization , understood at least as imposing a model only civilization to all societies in the world, has come to an end. The privatization , individualism and market schemes (typically associated with the acceptance of triumphant capitalism based on the US model ) have lost vigor and cultural force that characterized during the eighties and nineties of the last century.
