Abstract

While looking into doctrines, we usually analyze the ideological aspects of the State and the people (social society). We should identify the State’s behavior as a subject of a doctrine or ideology of the people. In Latin American history, every period has matched a type of State and the people’s structure and its spatial distribution. Historically, problems of the State have varied in relation to the people.
