Abstract

Evaluations that look upon thematics that are conventionally considered restrictive to the legal sphere seem rtaher unusual when seen from a sociopolitical perspective. Here Marini puts forward a concise evaluation of Brazil's Constitution of 1988. A study that the author considers indispensable to project the path that the revision process. Marini gives account of the Constitution's historical background from the concepts of clasic political theory.
