Abstract

This trial consists of two parts. In the first we approach to the central objectives that encourage the Meso-American Biological Corridor and the Meso-American Initiative of Sustainable Development of the Plan Puebla-Panama and the procedures to impel them. Concretely, the author analyzes the mechanisms through those which is sought to integrate the ecosystems and cultural and biological local Knowledge in the global net and to favor the access to the global capital to them. In the second part is examined the patents and the intellectual property rights on cultural and biological local resources.
