Forms of business organization that promote globalization of economies

Abstract

The new globalized enterprises organization are different form the former transnational and multinational enterprises. Their study contributes to explain the world economy new tendencies and the dynamic imposed to Latin-American nations, and in general to the Third World. Some Characteristics of the new enterprises are the structures which canalize the decisions; the dynamic center which make possible these enterprises developpe are centralized decisions and operation desconcentration that make them factibles, with important specificities, the financial services, industry and commerce enterprises in which their markets  have been inserted at world.
