Current issues on education in Latin America: the case of Brazil

Abstract

From an integral perspective, the author analizes the actual education situation in Brazil. The population life conditions, the challenges of globalization and integration are the scene of educational problematic study. This article presents problems and perspectives spectre that constitutes the base on which it’s necessary to think about education, not only in Brazil, but in the rest of Latin America.
