The nation and the Indian peoples in the Time of Cholera

Abstract
National questions is one of the great themes debates at the contemporary World. From the various problems involved here, the author emphasizes, in one hand, the multiple proyects facing Nation-state today, in the other, the prescence of Indian nations at popular national proyects on latinoamerican region. Two theorical-political perspectives are shown which faces the national question: the one seeks remark the national identities, and the other one, neoliberal, which tries to debilitates them.
