Comparative analysis of Mexican policy toward the Caribbean in recent years of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries

Abstract
The author makes a balance of Mexico and the Caribbean relations at the last years of XIX and XX centuries, emphasizing the most recent period and making a comparison about past times. The article refers official relations, institutional ones. Although some aspects on this relations change, the author considers that Mexico had followed the same pattern along time.
