Using philosophy to study an antagonistic [community] justice to the State and capital

Abstract
This article intends to make sense the way in which experiences in the community justice play an upfront-antagonistic role against the State and capitalist market, which have monopolized and seized the community’s ability to regulate, decide and determine. It offers three views by which we can think about community justice: normative, political and philosophical.
