Abstract

The present analysis is part of a research paper that refers the World strategy struggle against poverty, linking, in one way, to a citizenship and gender dimension of social demands at regional level in Latin America, in the other, the political dimension of globalization. Here, the author emphyses on what the United Nations Economic Comission for Latin America proposes in those dimensions in its project called “Productive transformation with equity”.
