Self-directed learning in the Bachillerato en Línea Pilares

Abstract
In this invitation-only video, the student with the highest average grade (9.8) from the first generation of the Bachillerato en Línea Pilares, online high school program offered by the Mexico City government, analyzes his motivations, challenges, and successful strategies for completing the program. He describes his study sessions of between three and five hours per night, enriched the next day by additional sources of information, to expand and consolidate his knowledge.
