Review of the XIV Coloquio Nacional de Educación Media Superior a Distancia

Abstract

The 14th National Colloquium on Distance Higher Secondary Education organized by the Red de Bachilleratos Universitarios Públicos a Distancia del Espacio Común de Educación Superior a Distancia (ECOESAD) was held October 6-13, 2023. It was organized by Universidad Virtual del Estado de Guanajuato (UVEG) as a fully online event, as has been done in recent years. Its focus was on the advancements, challenges and possibilities of generative artificial intelligence in distance higher secondary education. Its streams were: Implementation of AI generative in teaching-learning processes; Creation of meaningful experiences for students; Challenges and opportunities of AI in the learning process; and Incorporation of AI and other technologies in programming, management, administrative and academic processes.
