Résumé

En este artículo, la autora recorre el estado disciplinario de algunos aspectos del feminismo y sostiene un diálogo-réplica con respecto a diversas posturas teórico-definitorias sobre la esencia del mismo, con el fin de redefinir la categoría “mujer”, que de mero símbolo textual o discursivo pase a describir la realidad de su esencia y ser. Así, el artículo va desglosando las diversas opiniones que distintas corrientes de pensamiento han sustentado con respecto a la construcción —o deconstrucción— discursiva del sujeto femenino. La autora propugna por la unidad y pleno significado de éste, así como por una política más coherente que permita erigir teórica y prácticamente la identidad de lo femenino y de la mujer.
