Mexico's strategy on energy and its relationship with the European Union

Abstract

The article analyzes the process of construction in the European Union, the economic power of this union and the economic relation with Latino America and Mexico. Also it describes the regulation of energy products in México, the ranking or “Petroleos Mexicanos” in the world and some necessary measures that is important to do for the good of this enterprise and the country.

Doctor in Political Science and Public Administration at the Universidad Autonóma de Barcelona. Full professor of the Facultad de Ciencias Políticas y Sociales of UNAM, the Center for International Relations Studies and the Center for the Study of Public Administration and Coordination Graduate in Social Sciences in the areas of International Politics, Europe and Public Administration. PAPIME Project Coordinator: Innovation in Teaching Methodology and Techniques for Architects and International Relations.
